Pattern Testing

If you’re interested in testing Maana Crafts' future crochet patterns, you’re warmly invited to fill out this form. You’ll be among the first to receive details about new designs.

When developing a new pattern, I work with a small group of fellow crocheters who test the design before its official release. Testing ensures the final pattern is clear, readable, and easy to follow.

If selected as a tester, you’ll receive a PDF of the pattern along with a feedback form. Once your project is complete, thoughtful feedback is essential, because it truly helps refine the final version. I’m also available throughout the process if you have any questions.

I will kindly ask you to share photos of your finished piece. With your permission, I may repost them on my social media (always with full credit, of course).

When a new design is ready for testing, you’ll receive an email with details about the pattern, yarn weight, sizing, and schedule. If you’d like to apply for that specific test, simply reply to the email. If the timing isn’t right for you, no action is needed.

Please note that I’m unable to provide yarn or materials for testing. As a thank-you for your time and care, you’ll receive one of my crochet patterns of your choice.
